Woodbury Public Library, with branches in Central Valley and Highland
Mills, provides all residents of Woodbury with a comprehensive collection
of materials in print and online as well as assistance in their
use.
As a lifelong learning center, programs are conducted for children,
teens and adults. Also, the library will arrange to deliver books,
tapes, videos for those residents who are unable to get to the library.

The Rushmore Memorial Branchin Highland Mills is located at 16 County Route 105 in Highland
Mills in the same building with the Senior Center. The Hours of

Do you offer computer classes?
Yes, at present we offer computer basics, internet basics, MS Word,
Excel, email. More classes on more topics are being planned.
How much does it cost to
obtain a library card?
Zero. Library cards are issued free of charge to Town of Woodbury
residents. ID is required. Replacement cards cost $5.00.
Always bring your card with you to check out materials.
Can I check out materials
with my WPL card?
Your card gives you borrowing privileges in all 47 libraries in
the Ramapo-Catskill Library System. Items requested through the Library System will be sent to your library. In addition, interlibrary
loan is available for specific items not owned by RCLS libraries.
Do you have Internet access?
Yes. The library offers free Internet access to RCLS library-card
holders, at both branches. The Internet terminals also provide access
to many databases covering magazines, newspapers, literary criticism,
biographies, information on health and business, country statistics,
as well as many other customized links and recommended sites. The
library's catalog is available online. You can access many of these services with your library card at www.rcls.org/wpl. Requests for materials and renewals can also be done online.
