IMPORTANT RECYCLING NEWS

Orange County Approved “Single Stream Recycling”
What does this mean? No more sorting!

Effective immediately!  Bottles, plastics, cans, paper and cardboard can all be placed in the same container.  The carting company is permitted to use one truck for all recyclables.

Items are to be placed directly into the container.  Do not use any plastic or paper bags when filling your container.  No specific container is required, but it must have a lid to prevent items from falling out.

The schedule for recycling will remain the same as always.  Every Wednesday for all residents in the Refuse District.

For more information, call 845-928-6684, or e-mail the refuse Dept. woodburyrefuse@yahoo.com
