The Building & Grounds department is responsible for all of the maintenance work done throughout the town buildings and the grounds. Robert Blair delegates all of the work to be done for the maintenance of buildings and grounds. The groundskeepers work under the Senior Groundskeeper to help maintain the buildings & grounds. The custodial workers are responsible for cleaning the town buildings.
